Unity Cafe

Join ISSS and SAO staff at the Unity Cafe MLK jr. Week of Celebration event. This event will be hosted by the Office for Diversity and Inclusion, CUAB, and Student Life & Leadership. We will meet in the Stone & Leaf cafe at 5:10pm to walk over and sit together. Be sure to bring your One Card to check in for the event!

“We would be honored to have you join us and be a part of the 42nd year of the nation’s longest-standing collegiate celebration of Dr. King’s life and legacy with performances from student lead organizations. Entertainment will include singing and acapella groups, dance groups, poetry groups, and more. This event will be similar to a Culture Show, where various student organizations showcase and celebrate their work. We invite any student organizations that perform, including Greek-letter organizations, performance art groups or clubs, and more. The atmosphere will have a lounge-like feel with lowlights, couches, food, and music. Engaging in this event will allow your fellow Tar Heels to learn more about your organization and what you all contribute to Carolina’s diversity.”
