ISSS is partnering with CAPS to host three drop-in hours during Fall Term. During a drop-in hour, staff members who specialize in mental health services will be available in the FedEx GEC (conference room 1203). During these informal drop-in hours, you can ask questions about managing stress levels, discuss strategies to navigate living in a new environment, and inquire about anything else you would like.
