ISSS is partnering with CAPS to host three drop-in hours during Fall Term.
During a drop-in hour, staff members who specialize in mental health services will be available in the FedEx GEC (conference room 1203).
During these informal drop-in hours, you can ask questions about managing stress levels, discuss strategies to navigate living in a new environment, and inquire about anything else you would like. One of the staff members present is fluent in Mandarin.
International students and scholars are eligible to attend these sessions for free. No need to register, just show up.
