International Student and Scholar Services (ISSS) at UNC-Chapel Hill is aware of the new directive issued by U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio to request U.S. embassies and consulates to pause visa appointments for student and scholars (F and J visas). We have communicated with international students and scholars, as well as relevant stakeholders.
