Programs

International Student and Scholar Services maintains several on-going programs. They are designed to help students and their families feel more comfortable while they are here at UNC-Chapel Hill and to provide opportunities to meet different kinds of people in different environments. All the programs listed are open to students. Programs open to scholars include Orientation, International Women’s English Conversation Group, Tax Seminars, International Student Organizations, and Advising. International Student and Scholar Services also administers the Class of 1938 Summer Abroad Fellowship Program for U.S. sophomores and juniors who want to pursue an independent project in another country.
