USCIS to Suspend H-1B Premium Processing Starting April 3

March 8th, 2017|

United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) will temporarily suspend premium processing for all H-1B petitions on April 3. This will apply to all H-1B petitions filed on or after April 3.
