Recission of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) Announced by Attorney General


On Tuesday, September 5, 2017, the Trump Administration announced that DACA will be rescinded.  The process for ending the DACA benefits over the next 6 months are outlined by the Department of Homeland Security. Supreme Court Allows Limited Version of Travel Ban and Agrees to Hear Case in October

Reminder: U.S. and North Carolina Income Tax filing deadline is April 18, 2017 for the calendar year 2016.

USCIS to Suspend H-1B Premium Processing Starting April 3


United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) will temporarily suspend premium processing for all H-1B petitions on April 3.
